Tips for a Healthy Pregnancy
Pregnancy is something that can make a mother feel happy. Keeping the baby in the womb to grow healthy and born alive is to be performed by a pregnant woman. The gestation period will determine the child's growth. Here we provide some tips on healthy during pregnancy.
Visit a Physician Regularly
During pregnancy, mothers can visit a physician/doctor regularly. Regularly check the baby in the womb is useful to know the condition and growth of the fetus. Likewise, if there is anything wrong in pregnancy should be immediately checked by a physician. Do this until the last month of pregnancy.
Important Eat Nutritious Foods
Begin to eat nutritious foods; it is important for pregnant women and fetal growth. Maternal diet usually eats small meals but often, about 5-6 times per day. It's better than eating large servings in 3 per day, a diet with smaller portions and more often to reduce nausea and vomiting in the morning, and stomach pain.
Folic Acid and Zinc
Healthy foods for pregnant mothers are foods that contain folic acid and zinc. Folic acid is useful for preventing neural tube defects in infants and spine. Foods that contain folic acid present in cereals, brown rice, oranges, green vegetables, beans, broccoli, and more. Zinc is useful to prevent anemia during pregnancy. Anemia is very dangerous for pregnant women, can cause bleeding during childbirth.
Avoid Cigarette Smoke
Cigarette and tobacco smoke are very harmful to the health of mother and fetus. Avoid cigarette smoke; try not to become passive smokers. If your husband is a smoker, warn not to smoke near you. And if you're also a smoker, stop smoking better. Cigarette smoke will make your baby born weighing less, easily hurt, slow growth; it can even cause miscarriage and death in the womb.
Drinking Adequate Water
Drinking adequate water is another important thing to note for pregnant women. Drinking lots of water is very useful for pregnant women, because the incoming fluid will help to increase the blood volume that occurs during pregnancy. Drink at least 6-8 glasses a day, can be fruit juice, milk, or water.
Taking Medications Safely
Be careful when taking some drugs. If you are attacked by a disease or pain, be careful taking drugs. You should immediately consult your physician before taking it. If you are pregnant and taking medication without rules would be harmful to the fetus in the womb.
Remain Active During Pregnancy
Pregnant women should remain active. Pregnant women can also do exercise such as walking. Taking a pregnancy exercise classes are also good, in addition to the benefits to the mother and fetus, the pregnant women in the class are able to share experiences and gain knowledge. In between activities, do not forget to rest
Vaccination During Pregnancy
Another important thing is vaccinated during pregnancy. Pregnant women should talk to their physicians to figure out which vaccines they might need and whether they should get them during pregnancy or wait until after their child is born. Hepatitis B, Influenza and Tetanus/Diphtheria are considered safe to give to women who might be at risk of infection.
Nurse-Physician Collaboration
To achieve effective service the nurses, physician and healthcare team should collaborate with each other. No one group can claim more power over others. Each profession has different character so that when combined can be a force for achieving the desired goals.
Nurse Physician Workplace Collaboration
With good communication and respect for other professions in shared decision-making (in collaboration) in the group it will create a good work team so committed to providing a comprehensive service can be created. Opinion between physician and nurses need to be a standard domain with (physician-nurse) standard.
There are significant differences in the collaboration between groups of patients with severe, moderate, and independent. Practice negotiating collaboration on many stages in patients partially dependent (being) because of the patient's full dependence (severe) physicians only give direction and decisions without consulting nurse.
Of the need for education and socialization practices of collaboration among work teams managed care health or health professions ranging from education situation. For hospitals need to improve the quality of nursing care health. An increase in nurse education and good communication between team and patient to work, and to improve the practice of collaboration needs to be a shared commitment between leaders (structural) and functional (health professions), where the principal can adopt managed care and socializing and can be applied to services.
How to Teach 1st Grade
Teaching 1st grade will be different by teaching high school students. Required certain techniques so that the child can absorb lessons more fun considering the psychological child is still in the early learning stages.
The voice sounded clear enough by children, intonation, etc. are things that are very important to be possessed by the teacher. For early elementary grades, they are still considered early childhood, before providing early childhood learning, as teachers need to recognize the characteristics of elementary school age children first. Do not forget to always give something new and varied for them. No need expensive, objects in the environment can be the object of exploration for children.
The period is also very short of their concentration. Thus, teachers must have a second plan, and even third, fourth plan needs to be prepared for them so they do not saturate. Keep in mind that early childhood is a period play. Thus, the instruction given to them should be based on the principles of play (fun, children can explore, gain a lot of experience).
Children are not miniature adults but they have the characteristics and uniqueness of each. So, do not equate them with the high school kids that are easier on the set and was able to concentrate for a long time.
HP unveils budget Windows Stream notebooks with 1TB OneDrive storage
HP has unveiled low-cost Windows 8.1-based Stream notebooks and two Windows 8.1 Stream tablets.
If bright blue and purple notebooks make you happy at work, then HP's two new Windows 8 Stream notebooks could be your next device, thanks to a price tag that undercuts HP's new Chromebook lineup and a rather sizeable chunk of cloud storage.
Priced to compete head on with Chromebooks and aimed at consumers who want to "work and play", the 11.6-inch HD display Stream will be available for purchase in the US from November from $200, while the 13.3-inch Stream will be available from $230.
Like Chromebooks, Stream devices are meant to operate mostly through a browser with enough additional chops, thanks to Windows, to run apps locally.
They also come with a bevy of Microsoft extras, including 1TB of OneDrive storage for a year, though that's a special introductory offer, which may dial back to the original 200GB slated for the devices.
The HP Stream notebooks also include a one year subscription to Office 365 Personal, and a $25 gift card to spend on apps, videos or Xbox games from the Microsoft Store.
The larger HP Stream will also include an optional 200MB of free 4G data each month from T-Mobile, although that's a limited time offer. It's also the only model available with a touchscreen option.
The two new devices join the recently announced 14-inch HP Stream notebook, which starts at $299, but instead of an AMD processor, the smaller notebooks are powered by an Intel Celeron processor and have 32GB of eMMC flash memory.
According to HP, the 11.6-inch Stream has an eight hours and 15 minutes battery life while playing HD video, while it's up to seven hours and 45 minutes for the 13.3 inch device under the same conditions.
Also launching from HP are two new tablets, the Intel-based HP Stream 7 and HP Stream 8, which again are Windows 8.1 based devices and similarly come with extras from Microsoft.
As their names suggest, the new tablets have seven-inch and eight-inch displays, and come with a one year Office 365 subscription, and 1TB of OneDrive storage for one year. The Stream 8 includes the same 4G data deal as the 13.3 inch Stream notebook.
The HP Stream 7 starts at $100, while the HP Stream 8 starts at $150.

Sepang MotoGP: Marc Marquez takes record-equalling 12th win of 2014
Marc Marquez took his first MotoGP victory since August as he defeated Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo in the Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang.
After his astounding streak of 10 wins in the first 10 grands prix of 2014, Marquez had only won once in the following six races, and crashed in three of them.
He finally put that right in Malaysia, though only after a first-corner brush with Lorenzo that dropped him to eighth.
Lorenzo had made a good start to put his Yamaha between Honda duo Dani Pedrosa and Marquez as they approached Turn 1, where contact between the two champions sent both wide.
While Marquez dropped all the way to eighth, Lorenzo pulled back onto the line in third place, and then swiftly overtook both fast-starter Andrea Dovizioso's Ducati and Pedrosa to lead at the end of the opening lap.
Pedrosa then fell from second place at the final corner on lap two, but there was little respite for Lorenzo as Valentino Rossi and the recovering Marquez were soon on his tail.
The lead trio spent the first half of the race covered by just a few tenths as they ran in a very tense three-bike train.
After many, many attempts under braking, Rossi finally got ahead of Lorenzo at half-distance.
Marquez followed the Italian soon afterwards, with Lorenzo - who was running a harder front tyre than his rivals - then falling away in third place.
Rossi held on a little longer before Marquez made it past, although it took the final two laps of the race for the Honda to shake the Yamaha off completely.
Marquez's win draws him level with Mick Doohan for the record of 12 premier class victories in a single season, and he can now break that mark in the season finale at Valencia in a fortnight.
Rossi's second place increases his advantage over Lorenzo in the battle for the championship runner-up spot. This is now an all-Yamaha affair with Pedrosa out of contention after crashing for good when back up to 13th place.
Dovizioso developed a problem in the closing laps and tumbled right back to eighth place, which meant Stefan Bradl and Bradley Smith ended up battling for fourth, with the German coming out on top.
Pol Espargaro bravely rode to sixth despite breaking a bone in his foot in a Saturday practice crash and having some very close calls with Yonny Hernandez, who finished seventh.
Attrition levels were high again: in addition to Andrea Iannone non-starting due to arm injuries from a Friday clash with Marquez, Aleix Espargaro and Alvaro Bautista collided early on, and Cal Crutchlow parked his Ducati from sixth with a mechanical problem.

Does Wayne Rooney deserve to replace Juan Mata in Manchester derby?
After Louis van Gaal previously declared the Manchester United captaincy comes with privileges, Squawka assess whether Wayne Rooney really deserves to slot back into the side for the clash with Manchester City.
Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney returns for the Red Devils' clash against Manchester City at the weekend and its very likely that he will walk straight back into the starting XI.
The 29 year-old was given the captain's armband by Louis Van Gaal at the beginning of the season and with his comments stating the captain has privileges, Rooney is expected to partner Robin van Persie in attack.
In 2012/2013, the pair enjoyed a successful season together and they helped United land their 20th league title. Sir Alex Ferguson then retired and despite a frustrating last 12 months, Van Gaal is trying to get the pair back firing with Colombian Radamel Falcao also alongside them.
Rooneys return was never in question with the Manchester derby one of the biggest games on the calendar. But should he just walk back into the side when United just drew 1-1 with Chelsea?
His three-match ban picked up against West Ham United has only just ended due to the international break, but since then United have gone three games unbeaten. Theyve defeated Everton 2-1 while drawing with West Bromwich Albion 2-2 prior to Sundays draw with Chelsea.
Goals have been scored but the side are still conceding which is a worry, with City possessing the threat of Sergio Aguero and David Silva.
Rooneys last two games saw him play Leicester City and West Ham and during both games he looked threatening with his goals and assists helping United to five goals.
His all-round performance of tracking back and helping the defence is admired around Old Trafford and that will be the difference come Sunday, should he start.
Van Gaal has a decision to make, with Juan Mata also enjoying some game time in the number 10 role. The Spaniard has failed to prove himself with his performances leaving the Dutchman with no other alternative than to sub him midway through the second half but he could still start against City.
The former Chelsea midfielder signed for 37 million in January, but is still yet to shine under the lights at Old Trafford. His goals have all come against opposition in the bottom half of the table and thats not enough for someone of his quality.
Rooney, 29, is proven in big games and his never say die attitude is what United need on Sunday as they aim to overturn back-to-back defeats against the Citizens.
With United likely to play 4-3-3, Marouane Fellaini will keep his place meaning United could line up like this on Sunday.
Mata is the man expected to be dropped and nobody will complain. Rooney is needed for his attacking impetus but also for his defensive work which will be essential on a big pitch.
The stats suggest Mata offers more in attack than the England captain. The Spaniards link-up play and pass success rate is better than Rooneys but he doesnt affect the game enough. Rooney has only managed a pass success rate of 84% this season but judging by his 10 years in the Premier League, the 29 year-old has never based his game on possession.

Lamborghini Mercielago R-GT 2004 Picture 2
Italian styling at its best, the legendary Lamborghini Mercilago just got bette-Rrrr.
Car Spec & Details:
Model: Mercielago R-GT
Year: 2004
Other info:
Lamborghini are so proud of their super sports car; the Mercilago, that they have unleashed an even racier sibling which is built around the same platform. The Mercilago R-GT was developed as a joint project; renowned race car engineering company Reiter Engineering has teamed up with Audi Sport (parent company of Audi`s sports division). The R-GT has been built to Le Mans spec and will go head to head with other cars in its class on October 5th at the FIA-GT motoring event in Estoril, Portugal.
The new Italian stunner can certainly hold its corner with only 1100kg of brawn behind it. Perhaps thats because this featherweight has guaranteed knock-out punch. With its 6-litre V12 engine, its power to weight ratio certainly puts it up there with the best of them. Official stats have not yet been confirmed but we assume the bhp will be around 580 and the 0-60mph dash will be sub 4 seconds. The drive train will be converted to RWD, as per the FIA/ACO regulations and a sequential gearbox also offers a desirably sporty feel.
But dont get your cheque books out just yet, unless of course youve got a spare 280,000+ in your savings account.

A car coming too late
Technically, the Celero is okay, but equipment and design are unloving. Against the Lifestyle Competition sees this from Suzuki unfortunately old.
DSuzuki Celerio he overdoes it with the modesty. He is unobtrusive to the boredom. Hardly a line, barely a seam and no proportion who want to jump into an eye. He also rolls on 14-inch wheels tiny acting.
No question for a starting price of 9690 euros are to expect miracles. And the 3.60-meter-long package at first glance is quite consistent. So the offers produced in Thailand subcompact five-door, very decent space and a load compartment that is not only easy to load, but also 254 liters summarizes which can be enlarged by folding down the rear seats to 726 liters. In the competition at most children can sit in the second row. The cargo space plays a minor role in them.
Unlike the other
The strong competition micro car with Adam Opel, Hyundai i10, Kia Picanto, Skoda Citigo or the triumvirate of Citroen C1, Peugeot 108 and Toyota Aygo relies on trendy urbanites who want to travel comfortable, smart and highly individual.
Suzuki goes a completely different way with the Celerio. The overt commitment to the world of women in the prime of life knnet be at first glance a smart move, simply because no competitor makes it so, but the execution raises questions. The woman at the 50 will not necessarily be treated carelessly. Why is there no way to seats or mirrors to heat? Does she want to compromise on safety equipment such as a city emergency braking, reversing camera or parking sensors and it feels a display that represents the relative navigation function of the own smartphone, to be disturbing? Certainly not.
The Suzuki Celerio like no one else messes with the comfort features. Even the manual air conditioning there as well as a tinny sounding radio boxes of two (at least with Bluetooth) only in the middle trim level. The costs 10,890 euros - assuming you do not opt ??for the Eco + package that crowns the Suzuki beginners with useful details such as start-stop system, Hill Start Assist and LED daytime running lights. For then is the Celerio than 1.0 Eco Club + already at 11,990 euros. Difficult to understand: the more modern of the two 68-horsepower engines can be useful details not combine the aluminum wheels, fog lamps and electric rear windows.
This renunciation of everything Cute in the car would still have to pay if the Suzuki would significantly undercut the competitors price. He does not, for the same money you can also drive VW Up. If you look up the price in one of the car stock exchanges, offers the Wolf Burger for 10,000 euros even a ansehliche comfort features.
In-car discount
The surfaces and plastics used have no place in a vehicle of model year 2015 even in the A-segment nothing more. This is sad, because the five-door model has only a good space and strong sides. This includes the acoustic bit too prominent but quite brisk three-cylinder 50 kW / 68 hp in both stages of development. Thanks to the low curb weight of around 900 kg, not much, but always sufficient for the City use.
Dashing micromotor
The sensible Eco + version makes the same 68 hp as the normal version, but promises a fuel consumption of 3.6 liters (84 g / CO2), which starts to oscillate in reality at 4.5 liters. A very good value. "We are proud of this low consumption," says Suzuki chief developer Mitsuhiko Onuma, "stood at the forefront of development for us. This is made possible by, among other things, a more homogeneous injection of two nozzles." Spurt wonder you can due to the lack of turbocharger and 93 Nm of torque at 3,500 Thanks U / min did not expect, but 155 km / h are definitely in there, even if above 110 km / h, the noise insulation comes to their limits. However, the suspension could be more comfortable. Better: the light steering and good visibility.
No buyer in sight
Still wonders who will buy the Suzuki Celerio. A car that has an array of amenities gaps and drives up with a design that bored anymore because impressed.
Those who look only to the cent, which is better off with the entry-level models of Skoda, Toyota or Dacia - and also pays not more. The top model of the Dacia Sandero Laurate costs with a 75-horsepower gasoline engine, for example, less than 9,000 euros.

Israel plans to build their angry Palestinians Yarusalem
pledged Monday to build more than 1,000 new settler homes in Arab east Jerusalem, in a move the Palestinians warned was likely to trigger an "explosion" of violence.
The announcement by the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu angered the Palestinians who said it would inflame tensions in the eastern sector of the city which has been plagued by almost daily clashes for the past four months.
"The government has decided to advance the planning of more than 1,000 units in Jerusalem -- roughly 400 in Har Homa and about 600 in Ramat Shlomo," a source in Netanyahu's office told AFP.
The source also confirmed Israel was to advance plans "for infrastructure projects in the West Bank," without giving further details.
The news emerged just weeks after hardline settlers took over 35 homes in Silwan, a densely populated Palestinian neighbourhood on the southern edge of the Old City, sparking fury in the West Bank city of Ramallah and condemnation from Washington.
Nabil Abu Rudeina, a spokesman for Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas, said the move was a "dangerous escalation" that could create an "earthquake" in the region.
And Jibril Rajoub, a senior member of Abbas's Fatah faction, warned it would likely fuel further violence.
"Such unilateral acts will lead to an explosion," he said just days after a 21-year-old Palestinian from Silwan rammed his car into a crowd of Israelis, killing an infant and a young woman.
"The Israelification of east Jerusalem is the most provocative act for us as Palestinians, as Muslims, as Christians, as Arabs," he said.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Washington was "deeply concerned" by Israeli settlement plans.
"Israel's leaders have said they would support a pathway to a two-state solution, but moving forward with this type of action would be incompatible with the pursuit of peace," she said.
Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that Abbas had called for an emergency UN Security Council session over the east Jerusalem violence, as well as what he termed Israeli "aggression" at the nearby Al-Aqsa compound.
- The root cause -
"The root cause (of the ongoing unrest) is the Israeli occupation -- the frustration, the disappointment, losing hope in the future are all symptoms of what is going on on the ground," Rajoub said.
"Even the Americans have started to understand that Mr Netanyahu is responsible for what's going on."
Netanyahu denied Israel's actions in east Jerusalem had fuelled anger on the Palestinian street.
"The violence against us is not the result of construction in Jerusalem... it is because of our enemies' desire that we not be here at all," he said, pledging to crack down on the unrest until calm was restored to the city.
"You cannot build peace on a foundation of lies and illusions. And the root of this conflict always has been and always will be the refusal to recognise the Jewish state in any borders at all."
- 'Jerusalem is burning' -
Lior Amichai of Israeli settlement watchdog Peace Now also said the announcement on construction in Har Homa and Ramat Shlomo was likely to stir tensions.
"There is never a good time to do such things, now more than ever as Jerusalem is burning," he told AFP.
Israel seized east Jerusalem during the 1967 Six-Day War and later annexed it in a move never recognised by the international community. It views the city as its undivided capital and does not consider construction in the east as settlement building.
But for the Palestinians, who want east Jerusalem as capital of their future state, Israel's ongoing construction there is a major issue.
Israel's settlement policy was one of the main reasons for the collapse of the latest US-led round of peace talks in April, prompting the Palestinians to push ahead with diplomatic plans to seek international recognition.

Over the weekend, police fired tear gas at hundreds of Palestinians at a "symbolic funeral" for the perpetrator of Wednesday's car attack, Abdelrahman Shaludi, who was shot by police as he fled and later died of his wounds.
The car attack sparked clashes between stone-throwers and police in Palestinian neighbourhoods which continued until Shaludi was buried late Sunday night under tight security restrictions, with the number of mourners restricted to 50.- 'Jerusalem is burning' -

FIVE Tips In Finding Hotel
You are planning a holiday abroad for your family, and want everyone to have a good time. You surf the internet for hotel descriptions, but from the pictures you see and what you read, all hotels project a perfect image of themselves. How can you know which one is better? You have never been there and knows nothing of your destination. At the same time, you do not want a hotel room to spend your budget. How do you choose?
Check Independent Hotel Rating
Well, the first step you can take is to visit the hotel to see the search engine ratings from previous visitors. In order assessments for every hotel, most agents ask for an assessment of previous guests. Reading their comments will give you a fair idea of ??what to expect from the hotel which is located in your destination. Make sure to read some of the comments in order to get a fair picture. Certain incidents described only a rare occurrence that may have been corrected.
Hotel Chains and Facilities
Are they part of an international hotel chain? Most international chains have strict standards attached and the default theme in all of the chain. They may have the same amenities (health club, spa, business center, etc.) are essential to maintain a high standard of hotel. Other things you can look out for shuttle services including concierge, to the city, airport transfers and laundry service is good.
Location
Perhaps one of the most important things when choosing a hotel is the location. Hotels close to shopping center, train station or city center level higher charge than those located elsewhere. Analyzing maps of the area before you order to determine the nearest shopping center or access to the train station that will provide you with a lot of ease in moving around. Also, check with the hotel if they have a large tour groups arrive at the same time. Hotel costs are higher during periods of high occupancy, and do not have the flexibility of late check-out. This is an important aspect that, if ignored, can affect your tour itinerary and your impression of the level of hotel hospitality.
Prices and Discounts
The hotel rates are a huge factor when it comes to choosing a hotel. However, paying more does not always mean that you will receive an equivalent level of service and standards. One way to maximize the price will check if they are part of an alliance with airlines or car rental companies, offering customers a discount for their allies. Sometimes, credit card companies offer their cardholders exclusive rate for special which can be very interesting. In addition, if it is possible to use your frequent flyer points to redeem hotel discounts, this could help reduce the cost of the hotel as well.
Boutique Hotel
Finally, apart from chain hotels, boutique hotels may be a good alternative for a romantic place for couples or families looking for a more typical of the theme. Many boutique hotels have less space but offer value added services such as in-room spa bed, breakfast in bed or even in-room massages. In the end, your choice of hotel really depends on what you want from your holiday.

The future of Aston Martin
Former Aston Martin chairman David Richards on hybrids, turbocharging and the future of the 101-year-old brand
David Richards stepped down as chairman of Aston Martin at the end of last year, but he remains both a shareholder and a vocal champion for the brand. Speaking to Telegraph Cars at one of two hotels he owns in the picturesque seaside village of St Mawes in Cornwall, talk was of little other than the 101-year-old British sports car maker.
One thing that quickly becomes clear is that anyone hoping for a plug-in hybrid DB9 when the replacement is unveiled in 2016 is going to be disappointed. While Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche have all recently launched petrol-electric supercars, Richards describes hybrids as merely a piece of transitionary technology.
Why would you carry two engines around, he says with no verbal question mark at the end of the sentence. I certainly cant see that in a performance brand. I cant see the justification for a hybrid version at all. So does this mean a continuation of the big, thirsty petrol engines?
The link with Mercedes [announced last year] is going to offer Aston Martin access to all the new technology, he stresses. The main thing now is the economy we can get from the conventional combustion engine, and I think our next generation of cars will prove that. Theyll still have the luxury, the real values of an Aston Martin, but Im sure youll see another step change in that direction.
Asked whether this means smaller, turbocharged engines in the companys cars, he tries to divert talk to more general terms, saying: Theres a tendency now you can see it already for smaller capacity turbocharged engines, and the high performance vehicles of the future Im sure will be of that nature.
On hydrogen-powered cars he is enthusiastic but says they are not yet a realistic alternative, in part because of the technology, but mainly because of the infrastructure needed to support them. We had an Aston Martin Rapide that did a full lap at the Nurburgring 24-Hour race on hydrogen, absolutely zero emissions, he said. We try all these things, with all sorts of things going on in the background. Are they practical today? Probably not, but were still experimenting, trying them out.
Aside from his connection with Aston Martin, Richards is most famous for founding the motorsport company Prodrive, which has won six World Rally titles with Subaru, four British Touring Car championships with BMW and Ford and had a stint running the BAR Honda F1 team. Today, Prodrive runs Aston Martins motorsport arm.
Richards explains how the V12 Vantage S has essentially the same engine and chassis as the GT3 racer, and that the feedback from the racers helps develop the road cars. Youll see a product next year from Aston Martin that has a lot of those attributes that weve developed at Le Mans," he says, before the Aston Martin press officer interrupts and adds: But we cant talk about that now.
